“In less than one day to prepare, The Rooted Table created a dining experience for our company that was unforgettable! I came to them on a 911 call to provide a private dining experience for 8 guests where we wanted to show them what Vancouver was all about (they were based in Baltimore). They single-handedly crafted a beautiful abundance board filled with delectable dips, fruits and vegetables and imported meats that had us all drooling. What followed next was a beautiful Namasu salad, sushi dinner and a ginger pear puff pastry for dessert. The house was engulfed in mind-blowing aromas! The Rooted Table was so easy to work with, listened to changes in menu and pricing and over-delivered on every ask! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I am looking forward to the next dining experience which will happen in the VERY near future. Forget highly recommended - they are beyond that!
